Renewing members: Please update your dogs’ vaccination certificate or titre test results via your My Impact Page.
Dual memberships: Please complete the relevant information for your new dual member via Better Impact.
New members: You must make an account through Better Impact, our online database, to complete your enrolment. You will use Better Impact to provide us with your further details and upload relevant documents (such as proof of your dogs’ vaccination). We will then allocate you to a class using this platform. This must be completed before you can be allocated to a class with us.
When you access the website as a new member, please navigate to the “set up an account” section on the My Impact page. From here, fill in the required information. You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt.
